Mark Lalli was the man of the hour at a stirring ceremony held at the Tampa Bay Times Forum on October 10. During an intermission in a Tampa Bay Lightning game, the camera came to rest on the beaming, poised face of Quantum Leap Farm’s in-house photographer.
